Another working day is done.

Today was mostly about go-lives and Shopware updates.

A few projects went live from staging to production. Some of them were migrated from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6.

The preparation was already done in advance: backups, migration checks, deployment steps, and the final go-live plan.

The actual go-live started at 3:00 AM German time, which is 9:00 AM in Vietnam.

For me, this is a normal working hour. For the shop, it means the deployment can happen outside the main business hours in Germany, with less impact on customers and orders.

Everything was completed before the German business day started, so the shops could continue with the new system.

From my side, the go-live went smoothly.

Besides that, I also worked on another Shopware 6.7 update.

A busy day, but a good one.

Now it is time to rest a bit before continuing tomorrow with the next Shopware update.

If your Shopware store still needs an update, migration, or technical preparation for the new Widerrufsbutton requirement, feel free to contact me.

From 19 June 2026, the Widerrufsbutton becomes mandatory for many B2C online shops in Germany, so it is better to prepare early than to rush at the last minute.
